You Post
After joining our community for free, you may post your complaints about fraud practices experienced with online businesses or real companies. This is our main feature empowering our member's right for freedom of speech.

We allow both sides to be heard. All the reported individuals/companies may also post their reactions about the supposed fraudulent act.

We Investigate
Our investigating team or volunteer members from our community validates the allegation by recording phone conversation or actual visit to the company. If money has been taken from the victim, our team will attempt to get back the lost money in behalf of the complainant. We recover your losses.

We Expose
Findings of investigations are reported here for the public to know. Whether the company was proven innocent or guilty, information will be posted here.
