What is Backfired Productions?

Backfired Productions is a community aimed at seeking justice for victims of fraud. There are numerous accounts of deceit that bypass legal radars every single day. Backfired Production serves as an outlet for people who encountered being scammed and have no place to get their stories heard. We are a society that serves as an online media for the masses.

Who may join the Backfired Productions (BFP) Community?

Any individual above 18 years of age or organization that wishes to share an experience on scam or wants to help uncover fraud activities taking place online or in their respective communities may join BFP.

Is BFP open worldwide?

Yes.

What is the Spitfire Team?

Spitfire Team is a select group of individual or company members from the BFP who actively help in the conduct of investigations to validate scam reports or to get back the money taken away from the scam victim.

How can one be a SpitFire Team (SFT) member?

A BFP member may apply to join the Spitfire Team by writing to BFP Admin using the online contact form or by posting ones interest in the forum board provided. The aspirant must be active in the forums (had at least 2 posts within the past 3 months) and has completed one's profile. After preliminary evaluation of an application, an aspirant shall be asked to submit a proof of identity such as utility bills, credit card bill or other official documents containing his name and address. The aspirant must also agree to the Terms and Conditions for Membership to the SpitFire Team.

What are the activities of a SpitFire Team member?

An SFT member may be asked to make a 'recorded' phone call to a company or individual under investigation or have a videotaped visit to a certain company. An SFT member may also be asked to gather some other forms of evidences (e.g. documents, photos.) about the company or persons under review.

What do I benefit from becoming a SpitFire Team Member?

First, you get to help victims of fraud in a more active way. Secondly, you get a share of BFP revenues earned from administrative fees on scam investigations. You also get higher priority for community appreciation gifts, freebies, and cash draws.

How does BFP collect administrative fees on scam investigations?

Companies verified to have commited fraud shall be asked to return the money to the victims. In addition, they will be asked to pay for administrative costs incurred in the investigation.
