Pokerstars froze my account after i deposited money Internet
i downloaded and registerd to pokerstars.com i was playing for play money untill they gave me $5 to play for real money which i enjoyed so i depossited $49 so that i could play in real money money tournements when my balance had gone to $23 they took my playing privallegs away so i e-mailed them pointing out that they gave me $5 to start with then they said i had to proof my age with documents i dont have any of the documents so i e-mailed them back saying this and pointed out that they let me make a deposit with out confirming my age then they replyed saying my account had been frozen and enplying that i was lying about my age in a nasty e-mail to me
so now i cant even withdrw the funds i have left in my account i feel that i have been ripped of by pokerstars and all i want is my money back so i can unistall software of my pc and have nothing more to do with them.
